1. Orders & Payments

• All prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed (for prepaid orders).

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 1–2 working days.

• Delivery may take 3–5 working days depending on your location.

• Jovial is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for damaged, wrong, or defective items only.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• No returns or refunds are offered.

4. Product Quality

• All our products are artificial jewellery.

• We ensure quality check before shipping, but slight variations may occur due to photography and lighting.

5. Privacy & Data

• Customer data is kept safe and never shared with third parties.

• Your information is only used to process and deliver your order.

6. Rights

• Jovial reserves the right to cancel any order in case of fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.
